• Orders are packed and sent within 3–5 business days.

• I ship with Australia Post and you’ll get a tracking number once your order is on the way.

• Custom orders (like personalised colours or designs) can take up to 2 weeks to be made before posting.

• I currently ship within Australia only.

 RETURNS & REFUNDS

• No returns or refunds on custom items – once it’s made, it’s yours.

• If your item arrives damaged or there’s a problem, please contact me within 7 days of getting it.

• I don’t offer change-of-mind refunds, so please read the product details carefully before you buy.

 CUSTOM ORDERS

• If you’re after a specific colour or design, I’m happy to chat! Just message me before you order.

• Custom orders are made to order – so please allow extra time and understand I don’t remake or refund custom work.
